Live & Learn

It’s almost the end of the first day of the new year and as I sit here waiting for Lil Man to go to sleep, I am thinking about my goals for this year.  Hopefully it’s a much better year than the last!

1.Be a better mother and girlfriend.
2.At least get engaged…lol.
3.Read the bible in 90 days.
4.Find a church and go regularly and get involved.
5.Blog more often and better.
6.Be a better employee at work
7.Stop procrastinating so much!
8.Get through my first full semester in college with A’s & B’s.
9.Save money…not more money just save money period!
10.Lose this 80lbs and stick to Weight Watchers!

11. Oh yeah…make Lil Man who is now 3 actually have a bedtime and stick to it and sleep in his own bed! That’s a big one!

That’s it for now…I’m sure I will think of more along the way…I have so many goals in life, I think these 11 are a good starting place.  Maybe having this blog and making myself accountable will help get some of them accomplished by 2011!!

Today is the first day of this new adventure I am embarking on.  I’ve wanted to read the whole bible for a long time now and just every time I opened it I just didn’t know where to start.  So I saw this on twitter and decided to join up!

As of yet, I haven’t read began reading but I was in the emergency room most of the day. I plan on starting right after the boys go to bed tonight, if I don’t beat them…this medicine is knocking me out.

Hey Everyone!

I made the switch from blogspot to wordpress.  My original blog is http://jaymieathome.blogspot.com  I decided to switch not because I was completely unhappy with blogspot I just heard all these great reviews about wordpress!

I’ll be blogging here from now on about life, work, school, recipes, the kids, and things I’m learning along the way! I’ll also be blogging through my adventure of reading the bible in 90 days! I signed up and think it’s an excellent opportunity to be more educated of the bible.
